Plastering Machines

Plastering Machines work with 380 volt electricity. After the concrete casting and bricklaying of the buildings are completed, plaster is applied. Water, sand, cement and lime are used for plaster application. Plastering operations performed with a  Cement Spraying Machine are more durable and practical than those performed by hand.

Plastering machine are a widely used construction tool in the building industry. It allows 5 people to do the job that would normally take 30 people. In addition, 65% of time and manpower is saved in plastering operations carried out with a cement spraying machine.

What are Plastering Machines?

Plastering machines are machines produced for use in plastering works in the construction industry. Machines are used to distribute mortar and plaster evenly on the surface and carry it to the floors. Plastering machines are divided into two classes: Piston and Spiral. Piston machines are suitable for plastering high-rise buildings and are very durable and long-lasting machines. Because they are simple to use and require regular maintenance for certain periods of time. However, piston machines are the most widely used plastering machines in terms of spare parts and maintenance costs.

Screw plastering machines are mostly preferred for plastering operations of low-rise buildings. But spiral machines are plastering machines that are simple to use and do not require much malfunction or maintenance. Plastering machines are a type of machine that works with electric and diesel engine options and generally has a light and portable structure. Piston machines have the spraying power required for plastering buildings up to 20-22 floors above the ground. Screw machines are suitable for plastering of buildings with a maximum height of 12-14 floors above ground level. 100-150 meters of hose is added horizontally to piston machines, while this amount is 60-80 meters for screw machines. Machine plastering machines, equipped with mechanical and electrical protection systems, are produced to protect the user.

How to Use Plastering Machines?

Plastering machines are machines that are very simple to use. But first, the mortar is prepared in the upper boiler of the machine. The mixture is completed by adding sand, cement, lime and water required for the mortar. The prepared mortar passes through the sieve and removes large stones and etc. that will cause problems in pumping. The substances remain on the sieve. Thus, the clean material passes to the lower boiler, that is, the transfer boiler. With the Start and Stop buttons, the clean material reaches the floors through the hose that extends to the application area, depending on the operating type of the machine. It sprays the plaster mortar coming out of the machine’s hose onto the wall.

What are the advantages of Plastering Machines?

Plastering machines have many advantages. Here are the most important advantages of plastering machines:

1-Time Saving: Plastering machines speed up the completion of the job and save time.
2-Occupational Safety: Plastering machines increase occupational safety and reduce the risk of harm to workers.
3-High Quality Work: High quality mortar is prepared by plastering machines, which immediately apply and spray the prepared mortar on the wall. Even a nail cannot be driven into the wall during machine plastering processes. It is no different from concrete.
4-Cost Savings: Plastering machines help complete the job faster and reduce labor costs.
5-Less Waste: Plastering machines help use plaster more efficiently and thus reduce the amount of waste.
